難得在溫哥華遇見很多火鍋食材都是這麼對我們胃的火鍋店家。

食材都很新鮮，重點是⋯「和牛」吃到飽，還有很多種肉類，而且還有生蠔耶！！超划算！！

手工丸子部分真的也是亮點，超級Q，味道也超新鮮的，沒有放很久的陳腐味，不愛吃丸子的我都吃了10幾顆，超好吃的！！

然後然後，竟然有腰只，超大塊，很嫩，真的是出乎意料的俗又大碗，連最後的甜點「焦糖烤布蕾」都讓我好驚艷，大推這間火鍋店，真的可以過一過火鍋癮。

進源火鍋，營業時間從下午五點到晚上十二點，最好要訂位喔！！

Usually most of the ingredients restaurant offered are not our favor, but the one's offered is all we like!!!

The highlight here is all-you-can-eat of Wagyu beef, if you are a meat favor, the restaurant would be your heaven.

If you want me to recommend some, hand-made meat ball will be the that one, very chewy and fresh, I didn't eat meat ball so, but here, I ate almost 10 pieces, very good!!!

You haven't ever thought about that, there's pork kidney here, so tender and big pieces, I can not say anything just two thumbs up!!

Jun Yuan restaurant, open time from 5pm to 12am, must make the reservation, or you need to line long time.
